SVDP FOOD PANTRY NEWS! With deep regret, the OLH & SM St. Vincent de Paul Society Food Pantry is closing, and the last day of service will be April 10, 2025. Any food and monetary donations that are being collected up until April 1st will be used for the last food pantry. Going forward from that date, we will no longer be collecting food and monetary donations from either parish. The OLH St. Vincent de Paul and SM Donation for the Needy blue envelopes have been cancelled beginning with the next set of envelopes. We would like to thank all the parishioners from both parishes and outside organizations who have helped our St. Vincent de Paul Society by collecting and/or purchasing food, personal hygiene items, and giving monetary donations which has made our pantry such a success. We especially want to thank the St. Vincent de Paul members who volunteered their time every month and worked very hard on the food pick-up day during any kind of weather. Our pantry has been able to feed up to 80 families per month. Every person we have helped has been so very grateful!! We pray for the poor and we know that the Lord will continue to give them help through other resources! He never abandons us!! God Bless!!
